We are excited to welcome The Recovery Lounge to our building! The Recovery Lounge will open their second location inside the TOA Sports Performance Center this November providing recovery services to help athletes train better and perform at their best all in an environment designed to help them mentally recover as well.

– NormaTec compression gear for legs, hips, and arms to help reduce soreness.
– Hyperice Venom back with heat, vibration, and compression
– Hyperice ice pack for shoulders
– Percussion Therapy by a Licensed Massage Therapist
– Stretch Therapy and Reflexology by a Licensed Massage Therapist

This special monthly membership rate for Founding Members gives you unlimited access to the facility and reduced rates on Stretch Therapy and Reflexology. For greater convenience, the membership can also be used at either store.

SPOTLIGHT ON STARS 2024 ATHLETES FROM HOOPSEEN TN PREVIEW CAMP!!

CONGRATS to three STARS 2024 PREMIER guys who were recognized as top prospects at the 10/31 Hoopseen TN Preview Camp!

Daniel Cochran, Brentwood (Brentwood, TN), 6'5 PF, 2024: Made his presence felt in drill and station work and continued his upward ascent during game action. He flashed a very nice shooting touch, has excellent length and can put the ball on the floor if needed. He played with effort and was not afraid to mix it up inside with players much larger and longer than himself. He played with poise and confidence and more than held his own on the defensive side of the floor despite a sinewy build at this juncture of his development.

The HoopSeen camp was attended by 75+ of the top basketball players in TN, KY, and AL!
