Not every symptom in your 40s is "hormonal."
That's the box most people want to put you in:
Tired? Hormones.
Foggy? Hormones.
Anxious at 3:40 am? Must be your hormones, here's a cream, see you in six months.
But after working with women for 2 decades now, I can tell you that it's pretty much never just 'one thing.'
It's a mix - and that's exactly why the single-answer people keep missing it.
Here's what I actually see when I look at a woman like you:
You're highly ambitious. You always have been. You run on speed others can't keep up with. You are doing it all and you're not neglecting yourself. You're taking magnesium. You're getting your workouts in. You eat clean. On paper you're doing everything right.
But your body is speaking a different language than the one you're answering in.
Because here's the piece that most people skip: You don't stop. That's who you are. And with that said, there's been no real moments off - no window where your system wasn't running hot.
Because even when you 'rest' you're 'working.'
- So your magnesium can't absorb the way it should.
- Your brain can't let you sleep because there are problems to be solved.
- Your anxiety is getting worse because that's the only way your body can speak to you.
- Your workouts break down your body too much instead of building you up.
All of what you're doing is pouring into a body that never gets to recover and bank any of it.
Everything you're doing: supplements, training, clean fuel - all of it is "on"
But.... you've never been taught the off-switch, so you don't have one. And no, that doesn't mean you need to slow down or become a softer version of yourself.
You work as a high-performance machine with no recovery gear, and you're trying to fix that by adding more gas.
That's not "just hormones."
