CrossFit Torque is a family-owned coaching facility open since 2010. Here to Coach and Teach people to move better, eat better, live healthier and enjoy life more. Congrats to ForeverFit member Joanne who earned her 100 class milestone shirt last week!

Joanne retired from her bank job almost a year ago - understanding she has to gain some strength and mobility back into her life, she recruited the help of the Torque Coaching staff.

Starting with a few months of semi-private personal training, Joanne quickly realized she was ready and excited for ForeverFit classes where she would join her husband and sister-in-law in class.

We are so proud of the progress Joanne has made the last year and we are even more excited to continue to watch her get stronger! Congrats Joanne!

Welcome Geeta to CrossFit Torque! Geeta is no stranger to fitness classes, but it's been a few years. So when when her neighbor friends J & A (who are also Torque members) encouraged her to connect with Coach Amanda, she knew she was on the right path.

Congrats to Jill, one of our ForeverFit members who recently earned her 100 class milestone tank!

Jill found us last year when she was searching for a place to strength train and increase her bone density. Her functional medicine doctor recommended CrossFit Torque to her, and even though she has a 30 minute ride to get here, that doesn't stop Jill from making it to class here 2-3 days a week!
