Our WH Boys hockey team had themselves a fun team bonding day yesterday! Took the WH Fan Bus to Splitsville at Patriot Place.

Our final Senior Spotlight shines on Captain Nick Zaccaria!

Nick was our MVP last season and earned Patriot League MVP honors — an incredible accomplishment that speaks to his talent and dedication. This year he reached his 1,000th save!!!

He is a standout young man who leads by example in everything he does. Time and time again, Nick has proven to be a brick wall in goal — lights out and not to be messed with. His presence gives our team confidence every time he skates on the ice.

What truly sets Nick apart, though, is his character. He always makes sure the underclassmen have rides to practices, team dinners, and other events. He leads with kindness, keeps a smile on his face, and finds the positive in every situation — easy or hard.

The boys on this team look up to him as a true leader, and we have been incredibly lucky to have him as our captain and our goalie.

Thank you, Nick — your impact on this program will last far beyond this season!
