No, you don’t have to go 💯on your workouts every single day to see results. This is the fastest way to burnout and overtraining. There’s a time and place to push yourself but all the time is not one of them

💎The 8 Worst People 👎🏽to Take Diet Advice From

1. DOCTORS⚠️They know their craft exceptionally well and they are highly educated but unless nutrition is their specialty, do not ask for nutritional advice. Why? Most doctors get almost little to no education on nutrition, maybe 1-2 semesters/classes.
⚡️
2. GOVERNMENT🚫 If you’ve followed their guidelines for nutrition for the past 3 decades, you’re probably going to be sick & unhealthy. Some of these guidelines included: Margarine is better than butter👎🏽Yolks are bad, only eat egg whites👎🏽Eat low-fat foods👎🏽Consume 60% of your carbs from grains👎🏽 They’ve missed on all of them!
⚡️
3. SCIENCE ZEALOTS🧪⚗️ They base their training/nutritional advice off of studies that are only conducted for a short amount of period (4-8 weeks) They do not take into account for behaviors and the long term strategy approach that has shown to guarantee success that is sustainable in the real world 🌎
⚡️
4. DIET PUSHERS🍖🥦This is the people that tell you that this particular diet works and this is the diet everyone should be on. They will demonize certain aspects of nutrition or a certain whole macronutrient (Carbs, Proteins, & Fats). They don’t consider the individual variance, and they have a one size fits all approach to nutrition.
⚡️
5. FITNESS INFLUENCERS🏋🏽‍♂️Their credibility comes from how they look and not what they know. They have found a way to look the way they do but what people do not see 👀 they got the results thru extreme dieting and exercise, or with steroids. They try to apply those same principles to their message without having the education or experiences with the majority of the population.
⚡️
6. BODYBUILDERS💪🏽 If you are not as fanatical as a bodybuilder, their advice will not work for the average person. Unless you plan on going on stage to compete, don’t take their advice. Everything is regimented to the T and it is not a sustainable approach for the long run.
⚡️
7. FRIENDS👦🏽🧑🏼👩🏽Just because a certain diet worked for them does not mean it will work for you. There are too many factors that are at play in regards to how you will react on that particular diet.
⚡️
8. SUPPLEMENT COMPANIES💊What do they have to do with diet?🤔 Look closely at the diets they recommend 👀 There’s almost always their supplements incorporated into the diet. A smart 🧠 strategy on their part 💰💰
⚡️
9. So WHO should we listen to🤔? People who specialize in the field of nutrition or people who have lots of experience coaching and helping people through the process of sustainable, long term success with nutrition. Those are the people you would want to work with and take advice from 🎯
