A new invite-only dinner experience where 16 UNION members are randomly selected each quarter to gather for a shared potluck dinner.

UNION TABLE is designed to spark meaningful conversations, new friendships, and a stronger sense of community.

NEW INSTRUCTOR! 👋

Meet Kat, our newest Mat Pilates instructor.

A Fort Worth local with over 12 years of experience, she brings strength, intention, and heart to every class.

Raised in Bavaria, Germany, Kat grew up skiing and training in ballet. After having four children and wanting to strengthen her core, she discovered Pilates, which quickly became a passion!

Outside of the studio, Kat enjoys baking and cooking (her homemade pizza nights are a favorite), reading, antiquing, cheering on Aggie football, and traveling.

To every early morning rider, every late-night lifter, every high-five, every person that made the effort to show up…YOU ARE the heartbeat of this place. You’ve supported each other, yourselves, and created a community that we are ridiculously proud of!

We’re beyond grateful for each and every one of you who’s made this space feel like home. This past year was just the beginning—and we wouldn’t be here without our incredible UNION family.

SUMMER-READY CHALLENGE STARTS MONDAY ☀️✨

This 6-week UNION challenge is designed to help you stay consistent and feel your best going into summer.

GOAL 👉 Complete 20 classes between 4/13 and 5/25 (Memorial Day)

Optional Targets: ✨ Movement: 3–4 classes per week to hit all 20 ✨ Nutrition: Prioritize whole foods ✨ Sleep: 7–8 hours per night ✨ Mind: Less than 3 hours/day of phone screen time (replace with reading, journaling, walking) ✨ Social: Bring a friend using our first class free offer

ANYONE CAN JOIN 👉 We’ve created special class packs for non-members and for 4x and 8x/month members so you can complete all 20 classes.

GET STARTED 👉 Grab a challenge card at the front desk and start checking off your classes. Complete the challenge and earn a UNION water bottle.
