Say hi to Brooke! ✨ One of our adored Strength coaches here at UNION!

Brooke’s classes are all about community, variety, and good energy. Expect fresh formats, new moves, motivating beat drops, and a room full of people cheering each other on.

Her favorite part of UNION? The people. The kindness, encouragement, and genuine friendships that extend far beyond the studio.

Outside of UNION, you’ll find Brooke playing tennis, cheering on her kids, staying involved at their school, and traveling whenever she gets the chance!
