I’m truly honored to be featured in the latest issue of alongside such an accomplished group of business leaders.

As someone who is usually more comfortable helping others tell their stories than sharing my own, this experience pushed me outside of my comfort zone in the best way. From participating in a professional photoshoot to reflecting on the internal shifts, challenges, and defining moments that have shaped both my business and personal growth, it was an opportunity for meaningful self-reflection.

Entrepreneurship is often viewed through the lens of achievements, milestones, and success. What people don’t always see are the mindset shifts, difficult decisions, setbacks, and lessons that happen behind the scenes. I’m grateful for the opportunity to share a small part of that story.

Thank you to , writer , photographer , and everyone involved in bringing this feature to life. I’m humbled to be included among such an inspiring group of Fort Worth business owners.

We’re incredibly grateful that Elle took the time to share this—she clearly captured the solution this book is meant to provide.

What stands out in her reflection is the reminder that wellness doesn’t need to be extreme or overwhelming to be effective. It can be honest, attainable, and rooted in the reality of full lives—careers, families, stress, setbacks, and growth all happening at once.

This is the work: stepping back to see the whole picture. Understanding how fitness, health, mindset, work-life balance, and emotional well-being are all connected—and how progress comes from small, consistent steps, not perfection.

This week, we celebrated a milestone that truly deserves the spotlight—Jennifer’s 1,000th workout with us.

For the past 11 years, Jennifer has shown up through every season of life. Not chasing perfection. Just choosing consistency. Day after day, workout after workout, year after year.

She inspires our entire community by proving what functional fitness is really about:
showing up, moving well, adapting when needed, and continuing to put in the work—at every age, every stage, and every ability level.
