FOUR years ago, Coach Charles Milton had a great interview on Good Morning Texas! He has now been with Jody's Gym for 10+ years and coaching with LCCS - Lake Country Christian School even longer, where he is the head middle school football coach, plus varsity football coaching staff. He is an alum of Southwest Christian School and played college football at Dordt University. Your 11–14-year-old athlete now has the opportunity to work with Coach Milton during our 2024 summer football readiness camps - flyer with dates & times in the comments below. Come to all or come when you can! Jody's Gym is a family-friendly gym where all members feel comfortable & have a variety of activities to choose from. Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent, unless they are working with one of our trainers.

Most everyone is loving our 24/7 access, including us! We are going to put it to the test over the next couple of days... The front door will remain locked Thursday 3/2 until Charles comes, which will be no later than 3pm. Jody & Lynn will return late Friday afternoon, so the front door will be locked most of that day as well, so PLEASE remember to bring your key tag!
