We’re looking to put together an F45 Co-Ed 6’s Sand Volleyball Team this summer at The Beach House!

Whether you’re a seasoned player or just looking for a fun way to hang out with your gym family outside the studio, we’d love to have you join us. No experience necessary—just bring a great attitude!
