Sunrise 🌞is magical at the Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa. The Magnolia 🪷 Garden is the perfect place for a yoga experience !

Our guests started their morning with a gentle yoga class and had a long sivasana with the healing vibrations of the sound bowls played.

These guests started their day of conference sessions grounded, open to new ideas 🧠 and in community with each other. Tremendous experience !

Thank you for continuing to choose Amelia Island. This was my third year leading this group. 🫶🙏🫶

Woke up with a barn blazer. On boarded the Ubrelvy, coffee, & sunglasses. When you don’t have a sub, you go and teach.

I cleaned my college professor’s coffee mug… and nearly ruined his day.

Dr. Sayce — this brilliant, proper British gentleman with a Union Jack mug — had been drinking from the same cup all semester. When I finally chiseled away an inch-thick layer of ancient sugar and creamer stuck to the bottom, I was horrified.

And that’s when it hit me.

We’re all walking around trying to “fill our cup” with productivity, success, mindfulness, and good energy…

But what if your cup is filthy?

What if you’re pouring fresh ambition, opportunities, and yoga sessions on top of months (or years) of emotional residue, toxic thoughts, and mental sludge?

This one disgusting mug taught me a lesson I’ve never forgotten.
