Try stretch therapy!
Stretch Therapy sessions are 60 min sessions done on a large, comfortable mat, and you’re fully clothed. You will go through a series of passive and active stretches to improve mobility and flexibility in and around your joints. Stretch sessions can be focused on specific areas:
Upper body, including neck, shoulders, arms, ribcage and back.
Lower body, including low back, hips, legs, and feet.
Sessions available on Pike 13. Under Services, select Stretch Therapy and you can choose the date and time that works for you.
