After 10 years of having so much fun, we have decided to close Hydrology Stand Up Paddle! This has been such an amazing journey! We want to give big hugs and big thank yous to all of those that have supported us along the way! We will cherish the memories for always!!! What.A.Ride!!!! 💙⭐️ Continue to share those good vibes❤️

Stand up paddleboard fitness classes are about to start. These run July-August 💪

Three class options:

🔹Hustle & Flow Sunday mornings 10:30-11:45a at Lake Stevens

🔹Paddleboard Yoga Saturday mornings 10:30-11:45a at Lake Stevens

🔹SUP Fit Monday evenings 6:30-7:30p and select Saturday mornings 10:30-11:30a at Silver Lake

Advanced registration required. All fitness levels welcome. No paddleboarding experience required. Gear rental included, or there is a BYO board option too! Boards are anchored just offshore during class 🙌
