Coaching depth is another reason I’ve decided to focus exclusively on girls basketball. Finding good coaches is tough, and building a strong program requires a strong coaching staff.

I’m happy that Taylor Caron, Kenny Stanley, David Sheppard and Ryan Cuvier will anchor our staff heading into spring 2027. They know how to run strong practices, develop players and coach games. They also understand the kind of player who will thrive in the REPS program.

We’re building a strong core group and preparing them for higher levels of girls basketball, with plans to create opportunities that most local girls don’t typically get.

A NEW CHAPTER FOR REPS BASKETBALL! 🏀

We’ve been thinking about this for quite some time, and honestly, you could argue we’ve already been moving in this direction for a while.

Well, now we’re making it official. Moving forward, REPS Basketball will be an ALL-GIRLS basketball program!

Our mission remains the same: develop players, teach the game the right way, build confidence, and create opportunities for young female athletes to reach their full potential.

This isn’t about chasing trophies or wins at an early age. It’s about building something meaningful that prepares these girls for the next level and beyond.

Same REPS. Same commitment. A new chapter focused entirely on GIRLS!

These girls finished 3rd in pool play with a 1–3 record and a +4 point differential. After a 34–4 win, we’re headed to the semifinals this morning!

I mention this because we’re teaching these girls how to play the right way. Our goal isn’t necessarily to win every tournament right now. It’s to develop, improve, understand the game, and build good habits.

When they get older, the wins and championships will come because they’ve learned HOW to play, not just how to win.

We’re playing the long game. Development over trophies. 🏀💪🏾

🏀 REPS BASKETBALL UPDATE | FALL 2026

Big news — I’ve accepted a new role at CATS Academy Boston as Senior Director of Athletics, Basketball Operations & Auxiliary Programs and Head Girls Basketball Coach.

But I want to make one thing very clear:

REPS BASKETBALL ISN’T GOING ANYWHERE. 💪🏾

REPS will continue right here in New Hampshire, and I’ll continue coaching our players this fall and beyond.

My role at CATS also creates some exciting additional opportunities for REPS families, including select overnight basketball intensives, camps, clinics, showcases, STEM and robotics experiences. When those opportunities become available, I’ll share them with our families.

Congratulations to Kourtney Kaplan on being named a Girls Philly Live First Team Standout.

Kourtney continues to prove that hard work, consistency, and a relentless commitment to getting better can compete with anyone in the country. She represented REPS Basketball, Prospect Mountain, and New Hampshire with toughness, leadership, and an elite level of play throughout the weekend.

This recognition isn’t the finish line—it’s another reminder that becoming never stops.
