⚾ **2027 10U–12U Bandits Tryouts** ⚾

Every year we're looking for players who love the game, enjoy competing, and are willing to put the work in.

Our goal isn't to rush development. It's to teach the game the right way, build confidence, and prepare our players to compete at the next level.

This team will train throughout the winter with **twice-weekly practices** at Elite Sports Academy, then compete in a **25–30 game summer schedule** that includes **two tournaments**. Registration also includes an Elite Sports Academy membership and our Annual Winter Clinic.

If you're looking for a program that emphasizes instruction, accountability, and player development, we invite you to come to a tryout.

**13U/14U Tryouts are almost here.**

These are important years in a player's development. The game gets faster, the competition gets better, and the habits players build now will carry with them into high school.

Our goal is simple: develop better baseball players.

This team will train twice a week all winter, play a **30–40 game schedule**, compete in tournaments, and get the reps they need to continue improving. Registration also includes a membership to Elite Sports Academy, access to the facility, and our annual Winter Clinic.

We're looking for players who love to compete, want to be coached, and are willing to put in the work.

A lot of programs talk about exposure. We want to create it.

Our **15U–18U Bandits** program isn't built around playing as many tournaments as possible. It's built around helping players who want to play at the next level.

We'll compete, but more importantly, we'll get our players in front of college coaches.

Our plan includes:

* Minimum of **3 college team camps** in New England
* **2 showcase tournaments**
* Individual showcases throughout the summer
* Year-round player development

If your goal is to play college baseball, you need more than a tournament schedule. You need opportunities to be seen, evaluated, and build relationships with college programs.

We're looking for players who are willing to put in the work and take that next step.

Little story time if I may this kid played for me as a freshman  till he graduated, Stud then stud now.

Big at bat big game up in New York. Playing a wagon. Couple of runners on call him down the third not to give him any wisdom. To lay it out for honesty always been well good or bad is what you try to do. I say to him you talk about SEC this and power five that well here it is what are you gonna do?

Pi**es on a double clears the bases opened up the game for us. Thanks for coming weekend title. Didn't cry didn't get rattled. Parents knew what was expected. That's what they signed up for and he delivered. Love this guy love the competitiveness that's what we're looking for. I promise you there's only a couple of people that believed this kid was capable of this level. Other than his teammates and his parents. Fred Caruso Bryan was one of them. Get After it Eliot Medlock LFG!!!
