Meet the Waring family! The heart and soul of Propulsion Wellness - Home of Battle CrossFit; Nick, Jody, Glen, and Ryan are all involved! Since 2019, the family of four have been sharing their passion for fitness and health here in Epsom, NH. They love helping others learn to enjoy the challenging habits needed to reach fitness goals, seeing members do something they never thought they could, and hearing about what's going on in members lives outside of the gym. When their not getting their own workouts in, coaching, or working, you will typically find them playing golf as a family or spending time on the lake!
