Stl Barbells 1st COMMUNITY DAY saturday september 12th ! The powerlifiting community and lifting community sometimes gets so divided I wanted to create an opportunity where lifters can come together, train, share ideas and push each other. As well as meet new people and make some connections for the future.

The plan is to do these every 2nd saturday of the month during school sessions. If you are a member of a collegiate PL team the 12th will be FREE! If you are not I got you too.....just $5 drop ins for anyone else that saturday.

As they progress I would like to bring out some different individuals in fitness/health professions that especially the college athletes can connect too.

I want to shout out Bradly Bechel for helping me connect to some of the local colleges as well as the input on doing these days. He will also be out on some of these days so if you are a HS lifter possibly looking to lift on a team in college this could be a great opportunity.

I will get out some more info about how to access etc a little later next week. I hope to see alot of athletes coming out and sharing some lifts and knowledge with each other!
