"You've done plenty of Kihon, kata, ... it is enough! So, you learned a lot of different forms. But what do you really know? You know nothing! It is important to go deep inside, to get this feeling. When do you start to practise, and where do you begin from? Which power, which energy do you use? Is it from the stomach, from the head, from the shoulders, from where? If you are only doing it with muscles, there will be no progress! I need to search inside for the sense that will trigger the change.
