Before the night ends, we want to wish Coach Beth HAPPY BIRTHDAY again!
If you know Beth, you know how much positivity she brings everywhere she goes. She’s always smiling, always happy, and always willing to jump in and help whether that means coaching, supporting our members, or doing whatever our community needs. She’s one of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet, and you can almost always count on her to be one of the very first people to greet you when you walk through our doors.
I’ve known Beth for over 30 years, and I’m very grateful to call her a friend and even more grateful to have her as such a huge part of our community.
Before the night ends, help us show Coach Beth some love and wish her a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

[CFE HYROX Simulation recap]
Two weeks later and we’re STILL thinking about what an incredible day this was!

THANK YOU to every single athlete who came out and participated in our very first HYROX Simulation! We hope you challenged yourself, had an amazing experience, and most importantly had FUN doing it!

To every athlete who participated… WE ARE SO PROUD OF YOU! You came out, showed up, pushed yourselves, supported one another, and absolutely SHOWED OUT!

And a HUGE THANK YOU to all of our amazing volunteers who gave their time and energy to help make this event possible. We truly could not have done it without you.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, COACH RENEE! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating someone who means so much to so many of us!!
Renee is truly one of the hearts behind CrossFit Elizabethtown. She’s the woman behind the scenes who is always finding ways to bring people together, make things fun, and make our community feel like family.
As our CrossFit Kids Coach, she pours so much love into our kiddos. She makes CrossFit FUN, makes every child feel included and encouraged, and gives them a place where they can learn, grow, laugh, and build confidence.
Butt that’s only one of the many hats she wears… Renee does so much for our CFE family and gives just as much of herself to the Hardin County community. So many of the things that bring us together wouldn’t be the same without her.
Renee, thank you for being my right-hand woman, for always showing up, and for everything you do for each and every one of us. You play such a special role in our CFE family, and we are very grateful for you.
We love you, Coach. We hope you feel just as celebrated and loved today as you make everyone around you feel everyday… all year long.

Coach Beth and Jessica B. were our final two to take on the HYROX floor, and what a way to close out an incredible weekend!!!
Coach Beth and Jessica, we hope you both know just how proud we are of you. Taking on HYROX is no small challenge, and you both went out there and got it DONE! We love seeing you two set a goal, take on something big, and have another accomplishment to be proud of!!!

A few more moments from HYROX Washington, D.C.
Shannon & Christine were two more of our CFE athletes who hit the HYROX floor yesterday, and we couldn’t let the weekend wrap up without recognizing these two ladies!
With so many of our athletes competing in different heats and everyone running all over the place, we definitely didn’t get nearly as many pictures and videos as we wanted. But what a weekend it has been for our CFE crew!
We’re sharing a few of the moments we captured in D.C., PLUS some videos from our HYROX Simulation last weekend, where the girls got in one final round of training and preparation before taking on HYROX Washington, D.C. this weekend!

HUGE shoutout to two of our coaches, Coach Seth and Coach Jason, who both took on HYROX PRO this morning!!! Both finished with phenomenal times, and we couldn’t be more proud of these two!! 👏
