HITZone is a studio based around heart rate monitored, high intensity, small group instructor led workouts using two revolutionary and unique HIT Machines (they can be seen here www.hitmachine.co.uk) and a small amount of light studio equipment. The machines are low impact and respond to the users force with varying levels of resistance therefore leading to less muscle pain the next day.

One of the biggest things our members say is:

“I never thought I’d actually look forward to exercise.”

Before joining Hitsona, many of our members had tried gyms before but struggled to stick with them.
