You Tell Me How Great My God Is: My book 📕 “Above Ground” was written; 5 Days - and published in 3 months and 12 days, a total of 104 days!! ❤️🙏🏼

My original August date was rescheduled, so I went to my Author Adventure from September 2, 2024 - September 8, 2024, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida with my Publisher and Writing Coach Keira Brinton! My book was completely written in 5 days. I remember Keira and I sitting at the Panama City NW International Airport putting in the finishing touch as we await our individual flights ✈️ home 🏠! On December 14, 2024, 97 days later my book 📕 “Above Ground,” was Published. I wanted it published before Christmas as a gift 🎁 to the world 🌍 heading into 2025!

This book holds a profound universal message of hope. No matter how deep your "hole" - whether it’s your situation, circumstances, suffering, or pain—there is always a way out and a path upward. I extend my hands to you as a ladder of hope, inviting you to climb with me out of your "hole.” Let’s embrace thid journey “Above Ground” together. ❤️📕✍️🥰🤗🎆

Devote yourself to an idea, put in the effort, sweat your ass off, push through the pain, the struggles and face your fears. International Personal Training 🤩! I’ve had an amazing and joyful time as a “International Personal Trainer” for many years I have helped transformed hundreds of lives along the way, from the USA 🇺🇸 , Germany 🇩🇪 , England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 , South Korea 🇰🇷, Canada 🇨🇦, Jamaica 🇯🇲, Turkey 🇹🇷, Philippines 🇵🇭 Hawaii, Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 and Kuwait 🇰🇼! I am so grateful to each and every one of you who have trusted me with your health and your fitness Journey. I haven’t personally trained anyone in quite a while, so this post will not necessarily affect anyone immediately. Because of my many endeavors and My 100% dedication to writing my book 📕”Above Ground” - unfortunately I will NOT return to being a Personal Trainer! I will however continue workingout with my family and close circle friends; mainly my current workout partners - beautiful wifey Wendy Francis, my beautiful BFF’s Michelle Denney and Rebecca Ray! I will continue on my present journey of being an Author, Motivational Speaker, Certified Coach, Leadership Coach, Life Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Keynote Speaker with The John Maxwell Team. I planned on adding a Publish Author with the Publication of my book 📕 “Above Ground” in December 2024. 1/2 my walk-in closet is gym 🏋️‍♀️clothes 🤣!Bodybuilding is an Art and I love to display mine. After working so hard, there’s no way I would tuck my accomplishments under a bunch of saggy oversized coverup clothings!! Sometimes it takes me hours to decide what I’m wearing to the gym. First, I have to decide if my body is ready for that particular outfit, I have to totally feel what I’m wearing, I have to feel empowered, the energy and the glow from it. I love showing and looking at my own body, not for the benefit of others or ego trip, but for me; it’s eliberating. It’s my evolving blueprint, my drawing ✍️ board of what needs to be done, my challenges, my imperfections, my accomplishment and things I need to tweak; yes, it’s very personal. Love you all bunches 🏆❤️🏋️‍♀️!!

You already know this my awesome friends and family!! Your physical fitness goals / journey for 2024 is 80% dependent on what and how you EAT!! You could be the Hardest working man or woman in the room, on the dance floor, on the beach front, in the pool, in the gym, or doing whatever you do to stay in shape; without proper nutrition you will never realize the full potential of your amazing body and life longevity!!
