Big congrats to Elizabeth as she joins the club! So proud of your dedication, gal!
That’s 250 decisions to show up, not listening to that voice in her head saying she was too busy, making herself a priority for 50 minutes a day and to growing stronger with each and every class!

Many times the workout isn’t about changing your body.

Maybe it’s about clearing your head.

Moving through the stress.

Sparking a little joy.

Remembering that you are stronger than you feel.

Some days we show up because we’re motivated.
Some days we show up because we need it.
And some days, simply SHOWING UP is the win.

Movement won’t fix everything—but it can change how you feel walking back out the studio doors.
