✨ THESE ARE THE THINGS DREAMS ARE MADE OF. ✨

The F.A.B. Lab started with a need. Instructors without a place to teach. People who had spent DECADES moving together suddenly without their classes, their routines, their people. 💔

I had this little dream of creating a space where everyone could find their way back to doing what they loved.

But somewhere along the way, something incredible happened. 🥹💕

It became SO much more than fitness.

It became friendships. Laughter. Hugs. People checking on each other, asking about families, celebrating victories, and genuinely giving a damn about the human standing next to them. ❤️

And somewhere along the way, that little dream became my whole heart.

We’re not a big franchise. We don’t have investors or deep pockets. We’re a small business with BIG dreams, figuring things out one day at a time. And some days? It’s scary as hell. 😂

But then I walk through those doors, see YOUR faces, and remember exactly why we do this.
