Labor Day crowd was a good, hard workin’ crowd! Our normal class size is 15, but we certainly know how to host a big crowd with meaningful and smart movement. We had coffee, juice, nanners 🍌 and breakfast bars to follow.

8 (or maybe 9 😂) years ago, Purv joined us for a Thanks & Planks Thanksgiving workout and has been a part of EMPOWERHOUSE ever since.

For years, she was one of our most consistent, strong, and fiercely supportive members. Then she finally said YES to coaching and stepped into that role just as strongly.

From member to leader to Coach, she makes EMPOWERHOUSE better by just being part of it.
