What you were looking for in a gym:
I wanted to find a place where I could just show up and my workout was already planned for the day! I also wanted to find a place that did not judge where I was at physically.

What you found at 822:
I found more than I ever expected! I not only found a place that I can just walk in and have a workout waiting on me, but I also am able to show up with zero judgment of how I look, how I feel, how well I perform at the gym. I have never ever walked into a gym and immediately felt like a safe space until I joined 822. My confidence and strength has grown exponentially in the last year and it’s all because of 822 and the community within the gym! I never expected to meet so many amazing people who encourage me, check in on me and become lifetime friends even outside of the gym! I’m so grateful to have found 822!!

Favorite movement or workout:
My favorite workouts are for sure an EMOM!! I just love having stations and rotating movements! And I also LOVE Hang Cleans!! 🤩

There’s so much to say, yet words never feel like enough for a place this special. 🥹

You may see a gym or a building, but we see every person who makes this community what it is.

Our coaches are too humble to admit it, but they’re the reason long days at work feel a little lighter when a workout is waiting. They give moms something of their own again, help families pursue health together, and give grandparents the strength to keep up with their grandkids—and so much more.

Thank you to everyone who donated their time, resources, and generosity to make this happen. 💚

Because of you, we were able to add two SkiErgs, new wall balls, and several kettlebells to our gym.

Our members truly blew us away. We’re so grateful for you all!! 🥹😘

822 DAY. 🥹💚

Overwhelmed is an understatement.

The outpouring of love from the people in this community is like nothing I’ve ever experienced in my life.

From donations for equipment and working for months to surprise us, to taking time away from their lives to make today special, these people go above and beyond anything I ever expected when I opened the gym.

They are what make this place what it is, and it’s so much more than a just a gym or friendship or accountability and support. It’s all of those things wrapped up in a package filled with kindness and generosity, that make us family.

I don’t know what I did to deserve them, but I’m keeping them in my heart forever. 🥰

On behalf of Coach Amy, Coach Drew, Coach Walker, and myself, THANK YOU to everyone that made today so special.
