It’s been a while since I’ve shared anything, but today is a special day—and I couldn’t let it pass without saying something. A lot has been happening behind the scenes, and I’ve been taking it all in.

Today marks 10 incredible years of Stretch Fit being in business. It’s hard to believe how fast the time has flown. These past 10 years have truly been a blessing, filled with growth, learning, and so much support.

First and foremost, I want to thank God for guiding me through this journey. I’m also beyond grateful to my amazing family and each and every one of my clients—you all have been the backbone of Stretch Fit. Your loyalty, encouragement, and belief in what I do have made all the difference. I wouldn’t even be able to make this post without you.

Honestly, I’m so full of gratitude that I’m a little speechless. But just know this—I see you, I appreciate you, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Here’s to 10 years down… and many more to come. Stay tuned—there’s a lot more in store. Let’s keep stretching and growing together. Cheers to the next chapter!

With summer coming to an end, and school starting back. I just wanted to to wish a few of my Stretch Fit athletes a good luck on the school year. They all are entering into the next chapter of their life as students and athletes. It’s been a joy getting to know all of you and working with you, some over the years and and one just recently this year!!!

So last weekend made 8 years that Stretch Fit has been in business. There’s been ups, downs, uncertainty, new beginnings, etc.
I just want to thank all of my family, clients, and friends for all the support throughout the years. I definitely wouldn’t be where I am today without all of you. These past 8 years have flew by and I’m looking forward to see what the next 8 years brings!!!
