Fit Sober Saturdays Fit Sober Saturdays is a free fitness class for the recovery community. ALL ARE WELCOME!

These are coached classes, led by Founder Mindy Carrell, a sober member of and coach at Koda HQ, and they are easily adaptable for ALL all fitness levels.

Apple Maps may not find it (google maps does), so detailed directions are here: On Broadway Extension, exit and go east on Wilshire. Then go South on Santa Fe Ave, from there turn east on NE 70th St, take that down to Ozzy Ave and take it South - it’s the second property on the left!
