A huge night in celebration of hard work and progress. and both received their black belts tonight. When you have two people who bring this level energy and passion to the room they should be celebrated. Tracy wins the award for throwing people to the ground with the brightest smile on her face and Travis, the award for biggest smile while suffocating someone. received his brown belt tonight. If you asked Phil he doesn’t know enough to have a blue but if you rolled with him you’d know he was a liar. Phil brings an energy to class that encourages people to do whatever they think they can’t and it’s imperative to us. took time out of his busy day to swing by and receive his purple belt. Alex is someone who is always working his next objective and getting better. If you ever need to sit down with someone and figure something out, Alex will always be there to work on it with you. Congratulations everyone.

Top Team attacks every competition! While we had boxers and grapplers competing over the weekend, we also had these 4 athletes competing in St Louis Park at . All the athletes performed amazing and put their hard work into effect. Congratulations Athletes!

Comp boxer Mark Rodriguez walked away with another victory this weekend. Mark is known around the gym for his hard work, and it’s even better to see that hard work shine in his boxing. Be sure to tell Mark good job, you will see him again.

We wanted to take a second to shout out this amazing community that came to support our fighters Abi, Justin, and Cadin last weekend (sorry for anybody we missed for the group shot)! It’s always fun to see a large group represent outside the gym and it makes it easier when we have several fighters on the card.

Thank you everyone so much for showing up for each other inside and outside the gym.

Lauren Rognerud has become the first female National Golden Gloves Champion in Upper Midwest Golden Gloves history.

An incredible week in Tulsa capped off with a national title at 132lbs. Congratulations to Lauren and her team on an unforgettable accomplishment representing the Upper Midwest on the national level.
