Now that we have a big engine behind us, it’s time to add horsepower. Our upcoming summer cycle will pivot toward Weightlifting (Barbell and Weightlifting Complexes) with a special emphasis on Isometric and Eccentric work. MURPH is one of the most recognized HERO Workouts completed annually in honor of LT. Michael Murphy.

Murph is designed to test pacing discipline resilience and mindset…but most importantly, it is a shared experience.
Every year athletes of every fitness level take this challenge on together to work hard, dig deep, and learn something about themselves.

We will be hosting MURPH 2026 on Saturday, May 23rd, 2026 with an 8:15AM heat and a 9:15AM heat.

"Scaling is about preserving stimulus.
Every workout has a purpose:

- aerobic development
- strength output
- skill under fatigue
- capacity building
- power expression

If you change load or movements without understanding that purpose, you don’t make the workout more appropriate. You change what it’s actually training.

That’s where most athletes go wrong."
