SPEED & EXPLOSION LAB UPDATE

Testing Day is officially set for June 4th!

All athletes should come prepared with:
Athletic clothing
Cleats or training shoes
Water bottle
Positive attitude & competitive mindset

We will be running laser-timed testing and performance evaluations to establish each athlete’s starting point before beginning the 8-week program.

Testing Includes:
• 10 Yard Dash
• 40 Yard Dash
• 5-10-5 Pro Agility
• Vertical Jump
• Broad Jump
• 300 Yard Shuttle
• Ground Contact Time
• T-Test

OPEN REGISTRATION will be available on-site during testing day.

Athletes will be laser-timed and evaluated in:
• 10 Yard Dash
• 40 Yard Dash
• 5-10-5 Pro Agility
• Vertical Jump
• Broad Jump
• 300 Yard Shuttle
• Ground Contact Time
• T-Test

This is where we establish the baseline, attack weaknesses, and build faster, more explosive athletes all summer long. 💨🔥

Had an amazing time attending the JT Dorsey Foundation Golf Outing surrounded by some truly great people. Grateful for the opportunity to support such a meaningful cause, enjoy a beautiful day on the course, and connect with an incredible community.
