My name is Cailey Crum and I have just recently started a traveling personal training business. I am ACE certified and I will be studying to get my nutrition certification in the near future. Within my current scope of practice I am able to:

-Create safe and effective exercise plans customized to your wants and needs
-Guide and motivate you to achieve your health and fitness goals
-Evaluate and assess your body structure
