🚣 Part 1:
1200m/900m Row
Partner 1 starts rowing while Partner 2 tackles 50ft DB Walking Lunges. Once the lunges are complete, switch roles and keep rotating until the total row distance is finished.
Then…
🔥 4 Rounds:
15/10 Cal Ski
100m Farmer’s Carry
One partner skis while the other carries. Switch roles and complete both stations to finish one round.
Teamwork & communication are required. 😎
