Pink Sweat Fitness Health and Wellness Pink Sweat is owned and operated by Cara Patterson. My small company was started in August of 2011.

I have made a promise to my self, my family and my clients to improve as many lives as I can through Health and Fitness. My career started with Bally Total Fitness over 6 years ago. Within 3 years of starting my career I progressed from a Level 2 Trainer to a Level 5 trainer and left the company as a Fitness Manager to expand my family. I am blessed to have two wonderful children. I understand the

demand as a mother, I live it everyday but I believe there is always away to find time to workout and eat better. Life is about accomplishing new dreams and goals while maintaining a healthy family. This is where my business comes into lives to increase health while saving time.Women Just Committing 4 hours a week will decrease body fat, increase strength, increase toning, release stress and have healthy meals designed for taste and nutriment measured specifically for each client. Muscle rehabilitation after cancer can give life back to the body, increase mobility and increase energy. Survivors give me all of their heart, they have gone through the worst and never want to go back. I have also worked with children and I am always very excited about teaching children about nutrition and exercise.

Looking for motivated morning people! Starting March 3rd, Pink Sweat Fitness trainer Erika Cantu will be offering a morning bootcamp. It will be Tues & Thurs mornings 6-7am. We will be working on endurance & resistance. Come start your day off right. A healthier body is a happier body💪

We are going to start a morning bootcamp at Pink Sweat. Classes will be every Tues & Thurs morning from 6-7am. This class will work on endurance and resistance. Classes are $15 each or $200 for 15 classes.

I will be making a nutritional presentation for Prime-fit foods, which is an extension of Pink Sweat Fitness, at Heros Park in league city today at 6:50pm. Come out and learn something new. There is NOT a cost or fee for today. I will discuss, basic nutrition, macros, meal preparation and eating for your blood type. I will have samples with me and you can sign up for more information. No obligations just education. Everyone is welcome. See you guys soon 💪.

As an update for THE KIDS. We have several toys delivered already. We are still missing a few items that I will list below. PLEASE everyone come Saturday at 8am for our SWEAT FOR KIDS EVENT and remember it's free if you bring a gift for a child. Support local and make a small family have a huge christmas.
