ogressions we focus on improving the athlete's ability to perform gymnastics skills found in fitness competitions more efficiently. Remote Fitness Coaching
Using your smartphone, tablet or personal computer your i99 coach delivers modified workouts with video of each movement, monitors daily progress and provides suggestions through the athlete’s private online journal. The i99 system combines gymnastics and intense weightlifting through a series of stages that eventually leads to the athlete being 99% in charge of their health journey. The remaining 1% comes from the active i99 online community where athletes motivate one another to Get Going!
