Reflecting on the magic of our Unbridled Hawaii Retreat 🌺🐴

We slowed down, connected with the healing wisdom of horses, soaked in the beauty of Lanai, and shared many laughs, hugs, breakthroughs, and heartfelt moments along the way.

There was courage, joy, connection, and plenty of play. And once again, I was reminded what can happen when women step away from the noise of everyday life, reconnect with themselves, and let horses lead the way.

So grateful to Four Seasons Resorts Lānaʻi and the incredible ranch team for welcoming us with such warmth, care, and Aloha spirit. 🫶

What a beautiful experience we’ll carry with us long after leaving the island. 🌴

I felt a little sorry for myself today because I didn’t have any parties or fireworks plans.

Instead, I came out to see Detail. One unexpected gift of a holiday? An almost empty barn.

Sitting in the grass, watching Detail graze, turned out to be exactly what my soul needed.

Sometimes the best celebrations aren’t the loudest… they’re the ones that bring you back to yourself. 💚🐴
