Our first Summer Series Rooftop Saturday + The Reset was absolutely perfect! ✨ We brought Mat Pilates to the rooftop for the first time, too, and you guys packed the house!

We couldn’t be more thankful to have this incredible community & love giving you guys the opportunity to move together 🩷

Another HUGE coach milestone happened this month - coached her 750th class at Duality! 🎉

A Duality OG through and through, Anne has been lighting up our studio for years with endless encouragement, legendary playlists, and the ability to absolutely kick your ass with a smile on her face. 😅

This year, every Summer Series event will take place on the Duality rooftop at the Colfax Collective, followed by a post-class hang at 🍸

A refresher on what’s new this summer:

✨ Saturday wellness mornings with local recovery vendors (details coming soon 👀)

Duality Summer Series is back! We’re so excited to spend another summer with you, and we’re even more excited to share some exciting changes we’ve made to this year’s events.☀️

So, what’s new?

This year, we’re keeping it all at home. All of our Summer Series events will take place at the Colfax Collective (on Duality’s rooftop), include free , and will be followed by a post-class hang at !

We also updated our schedule! Summer Series events will now occur on a rotating schedule of select Wednesday evenings, Thursday evenings, and Saturday mornings in an effort to make our workouts more accessible to everyone’s summer schedules.✨

Oh, and please welcome Mat Pilates to the schedule! The workouts will alternate between rooftop Mat Pilates and rooftop Yoga to keep your routine fresh.

And Saturdays? They’re getting a refresh. After your rooftop workout, head downstairs to Side Pony for a morning of wellness. Our amazing local recovery vendors will be waiting for you with cold plunges, body work, and more! 🙌🏻

So what’s staying the same? adoptable puppies will be ready for cuddles (and maybe to go home with you?!) at every event, because is it a Duality event if you didn’t get to cuddle a puppy?! 🐶

And most importantly☝🏻, our Summer Series workouts are still completely FREE to attend.
