With this s**t storm of hate and chaos(!) taking over everything it’s easy to focus on the yuck of the world😭 but today one of our amazing clients reminded us of everything that KB&CO is and we were reminded of all that KB&CO brings to our little community of strength🖤

We are a community that truly cares for and supports each other. In a world that can often feel sad and full of hate, we create a space for joy, strength, and hope. We don’t just build strong bodies— we build strong minds. Thank you to all of our KB&CO members for making even our newest clients feel the loving, vibrant energy that defines us.

🖤join us for a weekend of fun at our Annual KB&CO Estes Retreat… Halloween style! We are looking forward to celebrating KB&CO’s 10 Year Anniversary(!!!) with the people who keep us SWINGing - that's you Bell Beasts! Every year we gather at the gorgeous 30 acre estate in Estes, CO to enjoy and strengthen our community. There will be food, cocktails, costumes, bon(d)fires, yoga, and of course, those spooky Kettlebells.

FRIDAY: (10/27)
• 3PM Check-in
• 4PM Welcome Toast & Bites
• 6PM Family Dinner
• 8PM Bon(d)fire

SATURDAY:
• 9AM Breakfast Snacks
• 10AM Kettlebell Time (Costumes encouraged!)
• 11AM Brunch
• 12-4PM Free time to explore the property, Estes, Stanley Hotel, or take a hike
• 4PM Happy Hour on the Sundeck
• 6PM Family Dinner
• 8PM Costumes & Cocktails (mocktails too!)

SUNDAY: (10/29)
• 9AM Yoga
• 11-12PM Bagels & Byes

Receiving texts like this from some of the hardworking souls who pour their sweat and sometimes tears (usually happy ones) out on our floors is why we love this job. Fitness is for everyBODY.
