Never in a million years did I ever think being a starter would have brought me to this day. Starting for the youth team, then to doing AAU meets, middle/high school & college meets. AAU districts and regionals to Peach Belt Conference. Today I get to start my first Professional meet with some of the big names. Super excited, nervous and extremely humble to know that I was sought out to work this meet. But GOD

And with that throw freshman year of track is over. Not only did you PR this season with 36.99m, you were the ONLY FRESHMAN on the podium for Javelin at states. Great job so far, now let's get ready to work on the second half of the season.

We been working with Krista for about 5 years and this young lady has blown the doors of her high school season. Coming off her first heptathlon last year at AAU Junior Olympics, this young lady went in the high school season on a mission.

200m 28.51 (2025) ➡️ 27.49 (2026)
100m hurdles 17.17 (2025) ➡️ 16.58 (2026)
400m 1:06 (2024) ➡️ 1:03.03 (2026)
Long Jump 4.45m (2025) ➡️ 5.30m (2026)
800m 2:44.33 (2025) ➡️ 2:35.19 (2026)
400m hurdles 1:09 (2026) ➡️ 1:06.55 (2026) District Champ*
Javelin 35.86m (2025) ➡️ 36.99m (2026) District Champ*

She is moving on to Regionals and is competing in Long Jump, 400mh & Javelin. She is the only freshman in Javelin and 400mh in this Regional.

We have been coaching Amir for over 7 years now. His freshman season was a big highlight for this young man. Long Jump 6.15m, Triple Jump 11.66m 110m hurdles 17.46 and 400m hurdles 1:17. All were PR's and that is just the beginning. Unfortunately Districts was the end of his high school freshman season but AAU here we come.

I have been working with Kayla since October of last year for 1 day a week and I also gave her extra stuff to do at home. What a track season she has had this year. She had some goals and she hit everyone of them this season. Her 200 & 400 times dropped by 2 seconds and she added almost a meter to her long jump and triple jump marks. She will be moving on to Regionals for LONG JUMP.

District meet tomorrow for these 2 athletes. This season they have really grown and shown how much they want it. No matter what happens tomorrow, your village is extremely proud of your accomplishments this season. 36.98m in Javelin and 1:08 in the 400mh as a freshman. 6.15m in Long Jump and 11.66m in triple jump as a freshman. Just goes to show what comes out of hard work and dedication. Making sure they had the right tools for high school was a great decision........ Believe! Work! Achieve!

Iron Sharpens Iron

When these two get together for a work & .krista_ its a learning lesson that can last for hours.

The out come is always good for them but also for me as the coach. Talk about keeping me in my toes.

He is not a big fan of anything over 200m but after his first 400mh race he is ready for more.

After her first 400mh race she broke the school record and lowered it a few days later. This is only her second season doing hurdles.
