Rachelle is less than three months out from a stroke dealing with balance issues and partially blind… But refuses to give up. Don't ever give up, do what you can even if it looks different then you ever thought it would. Don't stop doing what you love, just figure out a different way to do it.🙌🏼❤️

Faith based dance fitness class! Free to the community. No experience necessary, all fitness levels welcome, disability, friendly we dance to a lot of different Christian music, genres hip-hop, pop, Latin, Afro, Christian EDM… Come give it a try there's no commitment involved. Just fellowship And fun.
