Brought the pupp into the shop since no one is home-and maybe as an avoidant distraction from all the admin I don’t want to do. And boy, did he distract me.

After 30 minutes of cleaning up his anxious sh*t and clogging the toilet with said poop… we’re now chilling on the couch.

I mean, he’s pretty cute. Admin remains untouched. 🙃

We’ve got a thing for earrings and pendants. Especially when they’re unique, handmade, and have meaning behind them.

These handmade, Mesoamerican-inspired boho earrings arrived in the last few weeks, and they’re absolutely gorgeous. Big, beautiful, and surprisingly light for their size.

Our bronze pieces, handmade by a husband and wife team, draw on deities, cultural imagery, and ancient designs, each with its own story. Featured on the bust is Demeter, Greek goddess of the harvest, agriculture, and the earth’s fertility. Below her is Artemis, goddess of the hunt and wild places, known to the Romans as Diana and also associated with the moon.

The little spoons?! Solid sterling silver, replicated from actual antique spoons. Perfect for intention setting, and they look so sweet on a chain.

A new week of movement in the studio!

We’re especially excited to welcome Brenda Harris this Wednesday evening for her first weekly Qigong class! If you’ve been curious about Qigong, this is a wonderful opportunity to begin. Through gentle movement, breath, and focused attention, Brenda will guide you through a practice that invites balance and connection.

And Sophie’s Wednesday morning Pilates classes are underway! Sophie Rog brings so much knowledge, and warmth to her teaching. If you’ve been thinking about giving Pilates a try, come join her!

Of course, there’s yoga too! Join me Tuesday morning or Thursday morning and evening for a little time on the mat.

Across many cultures and traditions, this time of year is associated with honoring our ancestors and remembering loved ones who have passed. Día de los Mu***os, with roots in Indigenous Mesoamerican traditions and influences from Catholic observances, is an especially colorful and meaningful expression of remembrance.

Ofrendas, or altars, are filled with photographs, flowers, candles, favorite foods, and meaningful objects to welcome and honor those we love.

It’s a celebration of life, memory, and connection, where joy and grief have a place alongside one another.

We’re changing with the seasons!

Shifting a little more attention to the studio for some creative time to dream, work on projects, and bring new offerings to you.

But don’t fret! We’re still around quite a bit, even outside our shop hours.

If you see our “We’re In!” sign on the door, come on in! Give a knock or a little push (our door can be stubborn).

And even if you don’t see the sign, chances are we’re somewhere nearby. Just send us a DM or call/text the number on our front door. We’re happy to help you find a time to pop in!

On the afternoon of the full moon, make space for movement, connection, and gratitude.

Join Jane Hawley and Brenda Harris for their final Embodied Earth Retreat of the fall. An afternoon of somatic movement explorations and Qigong, honoring our holy bodies in relationship with our holy Earth.

This gathering will bring new movement patterns and explorations, so whether you joined us in September or are coming for the first time, you’re welcome.

A beautiful preparation for All Hallows’ Eve and an invitation to slow down, listen, and create space for grace.

Come on your own or bring a friend. No previous experience is necessary.
