Turning some practice laps today on the high banks of Wi******er Speedway for tomorrow’s World Stock Car Festival.

Lasalle feature results; started 3rd and ran 2nd most of the race till we got to lap traffic and we had a heck of a race for the lead with 3 to go and unfortunately got caught up in a racing deal and got the short end of the stick. Even though the results didn’t show, with how rough the track was the car had speed again. We still have some brake issues but are happy to be in contention again. We will try to get the car out a couple more times this year. For now we shift our focus to Wi******er this weekend with the Mid-Am Racing Series

Fairbury results: 4th in qualifying out of 20 cars. 4th in the heat. Started 8th in the feature and finished 7th on a pretty fast track. We found some issues with the car we are addressing for Lasalle on Thursday!

Crazy to think tonight is our last night at Fairbury! We will not be able to make it next Saturday as we will be at Wi******er with the mid am. But still have a busy week coming up! Racing lasalle on Thursday as long as tonight goes well and then we will comeback Friday and switch cars and make trip to Wi******er for practice Saturday and racing on Sunday night. Monday we will make our trip back home and start getting the car ready slinger for that Sunday . A lot of windshield time coming up but it’s going to be a blast!

Drivers in the Late Model, Modified, Stock Car, and Pro-Mod divisions will also be competing for the Fairbury Fastener & Supply Top Shop Championship Series and the chance to earn a shopping spree!!⁣

Plus, kids ages 11 and 12 will have their own chance to compete in a special Dash for Cash!⁣

With so much rain this season and a lot of rescheduling and cancellations, this is the remainder of our 2026 racing season. We really hope to see you all at the track before the end of the year.

Which race on the schedule are you looking forward to most? We are very excited to head back to Slinger for the first time in several years, and to make the trip back to Wi******er after a great run there last year.
