These folks have worked incredibly hard to get in at least 16 or more workouts over the course of May. It's been a busy month with end of school events, kids now at home, a holiday weekend, and so much more. But these people didn't let the excuses stop them from focusing on their health and fitness. ๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€:
* 3 6-oz chicken breasts
* 1/4 cup pesto
* 1/2 cup chicken broth
* Salt & pepper to taste

1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Place chicken in the crockpot.
