Every Sport has Personal Training
Nothing in Archery should be rushed, it takes years to build correct Muscle Memory and Technique, Everyone is Learning and Building at their own pace. I have 37 Years of Shooting Experience, I have been a personal Archery Trainer for 11 Years now, I spend around 15 to 20 hrs a week watching hundreds of shots, Building Confidence and Learning how they learn. I do not believe in just doing it the easy way, that can cause tons of bad habits that they will take into their adult life if they continue to learn incorrectly, incorrect shoulder positions can cause damage, holding your bow wrong and cause strain to your wrist, holding the string wrong can pop tendons or nerves in your fingers.
