Just a quick schedule update for next week!

On Monday, August 10, there will be no Bend & Zen that morning because I'll be representing the Shala at the Boyle County Schools Support Squad Back-to-School event, welcoming our amazing teachers and staff as they kick off a new school year. If you're attending, stop by and say hello!

The rest of the week's classes are on as scheduled, and I'd love to practice with you.
