Join us June 29 for our Summer Serenity Mini-Retreat at Historic Arcadia Farm.

If you've been running from one thing to the next, carrying tension in your shoulders, sleeping but not feeling rested, or simply feeling like you've been "on" for too long, this is your invitation to pause.

Together, we'll spend the morning stepping away from the noise and reconnecting with ourselves through:
