Marlie is DOWN 20lbs in 16 weeks WITHOUT spending hours in the gym! 🤯
When Marlie came to me she was finally ready to take her health and fitness journey seriously!
❌ She didn’t know where to start
❌ She couldn’t do it alone, she needed someone to keep her accountable so she could commit.
❌ She was constantly lacking energy throughout her day and making it to the gym seemed impossible.
After joining our program, we focused on getting Marlie to her goals and becoming the best version of herself!
We created her a personalized program that was tailored to her goals and her lifestyle.
We had her working out ONLY 3 times a week, and walking 8k steps a day!
We flipped her macros and her incorporating more protein in her days allowing her meals to be more filling! BUT she was still able to eat all the foods she loved
She received the DAILY motivation and accountability she needed to continue to commit and achieve her fitness goals and make sure she was always in the right mindset when it came to her journey!
After 16 weeks on this program Marlie has has AMAZING results!
