Winter Distance Project is more than just a camp in the sunshine. It’s a perfectly timed off-season training block designed to help athletes rebuild, recharge, and set up their most consistent year yet.

During the week, athletes:
• 🏃‍♀️ Develop aerobic strength with individualized base runs and strides
• 🧘 Refine mobility and durability with guided strength & recovery sessions
• 📈 Learn proven training habits they can carry back to their home programs
• 🤝 Train alongside motivated peers who share the same drive for excellence
