Irwin Guides is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Office/Sales Assistants to support day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include taking bookings in person and over the phone, directing walk-in traffic and retail inquiries or purchases, assisting with social media and marketing, communicating with multiple departments across the company, performing data entry, and providing general administrative support. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of the outdoor industry and local activities, strong administrative and organizational skills, excellent communication (both written and verbal), attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced team. This position requires availability for some early mornings, late afternoons, at least one weekend day per week, and occasional holidays during the operational season.
