Big thanks to Sarah Smith, APRN from the STHS Hand Clinic for joining us for Walk With a Doc! 👏

Sarah covered common hand conditions – carpal tunnel, trigger fingers, and arthritis – including how they're treated and how to prevent them. Members enjoyed a 15-minute discussion, got to ask questions, and then took it outside for a 1-mile walk around Christwood. A perfect way to learn while getting your steps in! 🚶‍♀️🌟
