Let’s talk shoes:

Our bikes use SPD clips, so you’ll need cycling shoes with SPD cleats to ride.

Why cycling shoes? Clipping into the bike keeps your foot secure on the pedal and helps you get more out of your pedal stroke. It may feel a little different your first time, but we’ll show you exactly how to clip in and out before class!

Don’t have shoes? We’ve got you.

First rental is FREE
$3 each ride after

Want to buy your own? Look for shoes that are SPD compatible (the 2-bolt cleat). And if you’re not sure if a pair will work with our bikes, just ask us before you buy!
