📌Women's Strength & Conditioning Program 2023
----------------❗Starting January 9th❗---------------
When I decided to create the Women’s program, I wanted to create a group that empowered women to come together through fitness. I wanted to create a place where women could support and lift each other up while working on becoming a stronger version of themselves. It was my goal to provide women with a place they felt comfortable, confident, & motivated to work towards a common goal.
There is a quote I often refer to that says, “If you want to go fast, go alone. But if you want to go far, go together.” This group will provide you with a community of like-minded women, support, and motivation to keep you moving forward in all areas of your life. I will always strive to give each of you the tools you need to be successful in your health and fitness journey, as well as helping to foster lasting relationships with everyone that takes part in the program.

1️⃣Level 1
📆Days: Tuesday & Thursday
🕛Times: 6:00am, 6:00pm (1 hour sessions)

"Beginner workout class involving building strength & toning while teaching and correcting form, mobility, cardiovascular strength, and having a basic understanding of functional fitness."

📆Days: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
🕛Times: 6:00am, 12:00pm, 5:00pm
Description:
"Level-2 is the next new and improved program coming to Be More HP. I have been working to deliver you a more advanced training program equipped with even more educational resources for your success. This training program will include three mandatory full body workouts with two additional core workouts to be done at the gym or at home, on your own time. It is going to take training to the next level by combining a wide variety of training styles. If you are ready for a challenge going into the New Year, this program is for you!!
This program is going to be mentally and physically challenging to help you reach your full potential. It is going to be a little more fast-paced and we recommend you have completed a Level-1 program prior to this. I am excited to bring this new program to Be More and look forward to working with each of you!!
