1) Evaluate physical space (limitations of
designated area), traffic flow, ingress/egress,
impact on neighbors and safety
2) Perform thorough equipment market analysis
(new vs. reconditioned) based on needs and budget
3) Direct ancillary gear selection
4) Place purchase orders, prep area for delivery
of equipment, and supervise installation
5) Plan and facilitate Fitness Center Grand
